Jacob Manning
Head of Digital & Operations
Jacob leads our digital and logistics management. Jacob has transformed our inventory and POS data flows, introduced forecasting and pricing tooling, and overseen projects across infrastructure, cloud migration, IoT, multi-location POS and staff planning. He also drives our online order flow management system for delivery scheduling, social media peer-to-peer reviews, vendor and partner relationships. Jacob is responsible for data collection, surfacing insights, data driven decision making and presenting business cases that lead to measurable improvements for customer services and our staff.
